17 Indulgent Cheesecake Factory Cheesecakes You Need To Try

Since then, they’ve grown into a global brand with more than 2,500 restaurants worldwide. Their menu features decadent dishes such as chicken pot pies and lobster mac & cheese.

Here are 17 of the best cheesecake flavors at their chains.

1. Fudge Ripple Peanut Butter Cup Cheesecake

This decadently rich treat is the perfect way to celebrate Valentine’s Day — or any day, really.

If there’s one thing we know about foodies, it’s that they love sweets. And if there’s another thing we know about food lovers, it’s how much they adore chocolate.

So what could possibly combine those two loves better than a decadent cheesecake topped off with a fudge peanut butter layer?

The answer is Peanut Butter Cup Fudgesicle Cheesecake, a towering creation that takes cheesecake to a whole new level. This mouthwatering dessert features a base of rich dark chocolate cake layered with a peanut butter filling.

Then, atop that, a thick layer of peanut butter fudge ripple is poured into the center, followed by a generous scoop of vanilla ice cream. Finally, a fluffy whipped cream crown tops things off.

And just like that, you have a dessert fit for royalty.

No one likes getting scolded for eating too much peanut butter. But what happens when you’re given a piece of cake topped with a giant chocolate cup filled with fudge peanut butter goodness?

You’ll probably want to gobble it down immediately. This mouthwatering creation is exactly that sort of indulgence.

The Peanut Butter Cup Fudge Ripple Cheesecake starts off with a base of vanilla bean shortbread cookies. Then, it gets covered in a layer of rich chocolate pudding and topped with a generous amount of peanut butter mousse.

Finally, it’s finished off with a swirl of peanut butter ganache and a drizzle of dark chocolate sauce.

2. Strawberry Fresh Cheesecake

Strawberries are usually the best answer for most of life’s food-related questions, especially when they are glazed in a sweet syrupy sauce for an even fruitier taste.

That’s why it comes as no surprise that adding strawberries on top of a slice of our Original Cheesecake creates one delicious, fluffy piece of soft, creamy heaven.

This version of New York-Style Strawberry Cheesecake doesn’t use the classic sour cream topping found in their original cheesecake recipe, but you won’t miss it once you’ve tasted the juicy berries sitting atop rich vanilla cheesecake.

You don’t need a special occasion to enjoy this treat; just make sure you have plenty of ripe strawberries around. You might want to double the batch if you want to make their cheesecake yourself because there’s nothing better than having a few slices of cheesecake left over.

3. The OG Cheesecake

The Cheesecake Factory debuted its original cheesecake in 2004, making it the chain’s first dessert offering. In 2011, the restaurant introduced a gluten-free version made with almond flour. Now, the chain offers both versions of cheesecake.

The Cheesecake Factory doesn’t mess around when it comes to cheesecakes. Its signature dessert is known for being rich, decadent, and loaded with toppings.

But according to Executive Pastry Chef Scott Conant, the chain’s original cheesecake isn’t about piling on tons of frosting and sprinkles. Instead, he says, “it’s really just about simplicity.”

In fact, the Original Cheesecake recipe is so uncomplicated, that it takes less than 20 minutes to make. And while many restaurants opt for a mousse base, Conant says, “we’ve always preferred our cheesecakes to be baked, rather than molded.”

4. Raspberry White Chocolate Cheesecake

If you’re looking for something sweet, try this white chocolate raspberry cheesecake. You’ll love how creamy and delicious it tastes. And if you want to make sure everyone knows what you’re serving up, add a dollop of whipped cream and garnish with a few fresh berries.

If you’ve ever wondered what happens when you take a classic cheesecake recipe and swap out regular milk chocolate for white chocolate, well, wonder no longer.

This decadent treat combines creamy vanilla cheesecake filling with sweet raspberry swirls and is topped off with a light chocolate shell.

The key ingredient here is white chocolate, which adds just enough richness without overpowering the rest of the flavors.

5. Oreo Extreme Cheesecake

The Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecakes are now on sale at select Walmart stores nationwide for $16.99. This isn’t just another Oreo cheesecake; it’s one of the most indulgent desserts around. You won’t find any Oreos in the crust, though; the entire base is made up of Oreo cookies.

The cheesecake itself consists of three layers of Oreo cookie crumbs, Oreo cookie filling, Oreo cookie mousse, and Oreo cookie pie crust. There’s even a little extra Oreo flavor in there.

The whipped cream topping is made out of Oreo cookies, too. And the whole thing is finished off with a generous helping of milk chocolate ganache.

If there’s one thing we know about Oreos, it’s that they love cheesecake. And now, thanks to this dreamy creation, they’re getting the chance to indulge.

This Oreo cheesecake features three layers of cheesecake, including a layer of vanilla cheesecake sandwiched between two layers of Oreo cheesecake, topped off with a creamy chocolate ganache.

Then, we add a layer of fluffy white topping, creating a dreamy texture that’s sure to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters.

And since it’s made with real food ingredients, there’s no worry about artificial sweeteners or preservatives. Just pure indulgence.

The Ultimate Red Velvet Cheesecake combines the best of both worlds—the velvety smoothness of cheesecake and the luscious richness of red velvet cake.

8. Chocolate Tuxedo Cheesecake

This one’s a masterpiece of Chocolate Tuxedo Cake, succulent chocolate cheesecakes, and light vanilla mascarpone mousses baked into a chocolate cookie crumble crust (see also ’11 Delicious Crumbl Cookies Flavors You Need to Try‘).

A swirl of bittersweet chocolate ganache is just the thing to balance out all the sweetness, giving us a well-balanced bite we’ll be thinking about long afterward.

The Chocolate Tuxedo Cream Cheese Cake is a dream come true for anyone who loves rich desserts like me. After making our way through many different cheesecakes over the years, we finally found one that is just right.

The combination of creamy cheesecake filling, smooth chocolate ganache, and crispy chocolate cookie crust makes this dessert absolutely irresistible.

This dessert is a testament to the power of baking and the magic of combining flavors. It’s a dream come true.

9. Chocolate Hazelnut Cheesecake

The Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Cheese Cake was one of those desserts you could find anywhere. It’s one of those desserts that you just knew had to exist somewhere. You could taste the nuttiness in every bite, and the combination of chocolate and hazelnuts was heavenly.

The Chocolate Hazelnut Crunch Cheesecake is our favorite dessert. It’s thick, rich, and had just enough sweetness to balance out the salty crunch of the toasted pecans. And yes, it did taste better than the name sounds.

It’s a hazelnut lovers’ dream and now the whole world can indulge in it, It’s a special treat, and one that we don’t think we’ll ever forget.

10. Cream Chocolate Coffee Supreme

Cold brew coffee originated in Japan decades ago. In recent years, it has become increasingly popular among millennials, especially those looking to cut down on sugar and calories.

The Cheesecake Factory’s menu is known for being full of decadence, but one item stands above the rest: the cold brew coffee cheesecake.

This dessert features a rich, creamy cheesecake base topped with a thick layer of cold brew ice cream. But what makes it even better is that the ice cream is served inside the cake itself.

The Cheesecake Factory has been serving up creamy desserts since 1982, but now there’s one dessert that might just take the crown: Cold Brew Coffee & Cream Cheese Cake.

This decadent treat features a fluffy coffee mascarpone mousselike topping that perfectly complements the rich chocolate cake.

But what makes this particular creation truly special is the fact that it’s served with a shot of cold brewed coffee.

This isn’t the first time that Cheesecake Factory has offered something unique to its menus. In 2016, the chain introduced its popular “Truffle Shuffle,” which consists of a truffled macaron topped with vanilla bean ice cream. And in 2017, the restaurant debuted its “Lemon Meringue Pie.” Both of those treats are still on the menu today.

But while the Truffle Shuffle and Lemon Meringue Pie remain staples, the Cold Brew Coffee & Cream Chocolate Supreme won’t be around forever.

However, it’s certainly worth noting that Cheesecake Factory does offer some pretty delicious alternatives to its original creations. For example, the restaurant offers a trio of flavors that include strawberry shortcake, blueberry pie, and key lime pie.

11. Mousse Chocolate Cheesecake

Cheesecake lovers rejoice — there’s a new addition to the menu at your favorite restaurant chain. At just $14.99 per slice, the Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake is a triple threat of chocolate flavor, kicked off by a rich chocolate cookie crust.

Then, it’s topped with a silky chocolate mousse and finished with a pillow layer of vanilla cream cheese frosting.

The Chocolate Mousse Cheesecakes are served with whipped cream and strawberries, and each piece contains about 350 calories. They’re available now at participating locations nationwide.

The Chocolate Mousse Cheesecake is a triple threat of chocolate flavor, kicked off by chocolate cookies that are baked into the bottom layer of the cake. Then there’s a fluffy white chocolate mousse that sits atop a rich, fudge chocolate filling.

Finally, a chocolate ganache crowns it all off.

With each bite, you’ll experience the same velvety texture and rich chocolate flavors you’d find in our signature Chocolate Chip Cookie Crust.

12. Key Lime Cheesecake

The Cheesecake Factory plays with the natural balance of desserts. They know what we crave—tart key lime pie, silky cheesecake with vanilla crumbs, and a little something extra.

So they combined both into one decadent creation. This Key Lime Cheesecake features a light texture and a sweet flavor that lets you savor every bite.

These desserts are light, fluffy, and refreshingly tart. They’re perfect for summer picnics, potlucks, and barbecues. And because they contain no eggs, there’s nothing to worry about when guests ask “What’s in it?”

Cheesecake lovers rejoice! The Cheesecake Factory just introduced a brand-new dessert called Key Lime Cheesecake. This decadent creation features a light cheesecake base topped off with a luscious key lime pie filling.

The restaurant chain says the dessert is inspired by the classic combination of creamy cheesecake and sweet, tangy key lime pie.

However, this version is far less rich and indulgent compared to traditional versions of the dessert. Instead of cream cheese, ricotta, sour cream, and eggs, the base of the cheesecake use low-fat cottage cheese and Greek yogurt.

In addition, the key lime pie topping is made up of graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and condensed milk. There are no actual pieces of key lime pie inside the dish.

13. Toasted Marshmallow S’mores Cheesecake

The best part about s’mores is the gooey, melty center—the perfect place to stash some extra chocolate. But what happens when you take that classic campfire snack and add cheesecake?

You get something like Toasted Marshmallow S’Mores Galore, a decadent dessert that combines the flavors of a s’more with those of a cheesecake.

This cheesecake features an irresistible graham cracker crust topped with a layer of chocolate ganache, a creamy layer of cheesecake, and a sweet, fluffy marshmallow topping. And just because we’re talking about camping doesn’t mean there aren’t rules.

This is still a dessert, so make sure you follow proper baking instructions and don’t use too much heat if you’re making it yourself.

Cheesecake is known for being decadent and sweet, but it doesn’t always have to be that way. This cheesecake takes cheesecake to the next level by adding a savory element.

Instead of just having a gooey center, they added a crunchy topping of toasted marshmallows and graham crackers.

14. Salted Caramel Cheesecake

The Salted Caramel Cheesecake is one of those desserts that doesn’t really seem like dessert. You know what we mean—it feels indulgent, but it tastes just as good as something you’d eat for breakfast. And while it might sound like a crazy combination, the salty sweetness actually works surprisingly well together.

The cheesecake itself is pretty classic, with a graham cracker crust topped with vanilla bean crème Fraiche, and the addition of sea salt gives it some extra kick without being overwhelming.

If you’re looking for a sweet treat that’ll make you feel like you’re eating dessert every day, look no further.

The Salted Caramel Cheesecake is a dream come true for those who love sweet desserts. This rich cheesecake gets its name from the salty caramel sauce that tops each slice.

While most cheesecakes are made with cream cheese, this one uses mascarpone cheese for a richer texture.

The base features a light graham cracker crust topped with a brown sugar streusel. Topping everything off is a generous amount of caramel sauce.

15. Snickers Chocolate Cheesecake

The Cheesecake Factory has always been known for its decadent desserts, but it seems like the chain has found another way to make us crave dessert even more.

The restaurant announced that it would be swapping the Snickers Bar Chunk and Cheesecake out with the Chocolate Caramelicious Cheese Cake Made with Snickers.

The new option features a brownie crust, cheesecake filling, and a mound of Snickers bars swirled into the cheesecake filling.

While the new option includes a baked brownie base, the original version was a simple cheesecake with no crunchy topping.

You had your chocolate cookie crumb crust, classic cheesecake fillings, and then a mound of Snicker bar chunks drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauces. What’s not to love about a plain cheesecake topped with a pile of Snickers chunks?

This isn’t the first time the chain has experimented with the combination of cheesecake and candy bars; the restaurant offers a variety of different flavors including Oreo Cookie Crumble, Brownie Bites, and Peanut Butter Cup Pie.

In this case, we’re actually in the “simpler is better” camp. While the new option includes everything you’d find in the original version – a brownie crust, cheesecake filling, and a mound of Snickers swirled into it – the original version was straightforward.

You had your chocolate cookie pie crust, classic cheesecake fillings, and then a mound of Snicker bar chunks drizzled with caramel and chocolate sauce. What’s not to love about that?

16. Macadamia Nut White Chocolate Cheesecake

Cheesecake Factory’s White Chocolate Caramel Macadamias are the latest addition to their menu. And boy, do they live up to their name.

The dessert features a soft vanilla cake topped with creamy vanilla cheesecake, drizzled with caramel sauce, and sprinkled with crunchy macadamias. It’s like eating a slice of heaven.

But wait, there’s more. There’s also a special “white chocolate caramel macadamia nut crust.” This layer adds another dimension of decadence to the already delicious treat.

Cheesecake Factory has been serving up some of the most decadently delicious desserts around since 1982. And while we’ve seen some pretty amazing creations over the years, none of us could ever imagine the genius behind the creation of White Chocolate Caramel Macadamia Nut Cheesecake.

The secret ingredient? A little something called “white chocolate.”

17. Mango Key Lime Style Cheesecake

The Cheesecake Factory is known for many things, including its delicious desserts, but perhaps most notably, it’s famous for its cheesecakes. There are several different varieties found throughout the chain, but my personal favorite is the Mango Key Lime.

For those who aren’t familiar, it’s basically a cheesecake that’s topped with a layer of sweetened whipped cream and sprinkled with bits of candied mango.

In addition to being a great flavor, it’s also incredibly light and airy, thanks to the combination of a silky cheesecake base and a thick layer of sweetened whipped topping.

And while the classic version contains just one type of fruit, the mango mousse adds another dimension to the dessert. Instead of having a plain mango filling, the chef uses real chunks of ripe, juicy mangos, giving the cake a burst of fruity sweetness.

But the star of the show is undoubtedly the crust. While the standard cheesecake recipe calls for graham crackers, the Mango Key Lime uses a blend of crispy, chewy shortbread cookies and soft, buttery macaroons.

Together, they make for a perfect balance of texture and crunchiness. Because of how much sugar is packed into each cookie, however, it does pack quite a caloric punch.

Final Thoughts

If you’re looking for an easy way to impress friends or family, look no further than the Cheesecake Factory. From the moment you walk through the door, you’ll be greeted by friendly servers and a warm atmosphere.

The food is consistently good, too. Each dish is made from scratch using only the freshest ingredients available, which means that every bite tastes as fresh as it looks.
