Freezing Method #1

Put thinly sliced cucumbers in a bowl which is safe to be put in the freezer. Bring water, salt, vinegar and sugar to a boil in a saucepan.
When the mixture has reached room temperature, pour it over the cucumbers.
Once again, make sure you leave around ¼ of an inch at the top of the bowl. This gives the mixture room to expand if needed.
Then you can put the lid on or cover the bowl and put it in the freezer.
Freezing Method #3
Slices of cucumber, onion, pepper and salt should be combined in a bowl. After two hours, drain the extra liquid.
