Once everything is mixed up, pour the batter into the jar and place it somewhere where it can dry overnight. Once it’s completely dried, open the lid and enjoy!

This recipe combines two childhood favourites into one decadent dessert. You don’t even have to bake it; you can just use pre-made springform pan liners and pop it in the freezer overnight. 

  • 2 cups marshmallow creme
  • 3 large eggs plus 4 egg whites
  • ¼ cup shortening
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1½ teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 1 (12 oz.) package Rice Krispies cereal, divided
  • 1 (8 oz.) container Cool Whip

In a medium bowl, whisk together marshmallow creme, eggs, shortening, salt, and vanilla until smooth. Add half of the cereal and mix well.

Fold in the remaining cereal. Pour mixture into prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
