Olive oil imparts a complex richness to the texture of our newest shortbread cookie while fennel seeds add a subtle taste of licorice and anise. One order includes a dozen 2" cookies.
Ingredients: unbleached flour, butter, sugar, olive oil, ground fennel seeds.
Shelf life: Best consumed within 3 weeks.
